Every cleaner who enters your home is DBS checked and vetted, COSHH trained, fully insured and in branded uniform. These are the same standards we apply to the schools and medical centres we clean commercially — we simply don’t operate two sets of them.

Public liability and employers' liability insurance are in place. In the unlikely event that something is damaged, you're covered — and you'll be told about it by us rather than discovering it yourself.

Yes. Every Pebbles operative is DBS checked and vetted before being allocated to any job, domestic or commercial. We also clean schools and medical centres, and we apply exactly the same vetting standard to work in private homes.
Wherever possible, yes. We keep the same cleaner on the same home because it produces a better clean and it's far more comfortable for you. If your regular cleaner is on holiday or off sick, we'll arrange cover and let you know in advance rather than surprising you.
That's entirely up to you. Many clients are at work during their clean and make arrangements for access with us in advance. Others prefer to be in. Both are fine — we'll agree whatever suits you when we set up your schedule.
Yes, we arrive fully equipped with safe, eco-friendly cleaning products and the right equipment as standard. If you'd prefer we used your products — for allergies, sensitivities or particular surfaces — that's absolutely fine, just let us know.
